NZ Charges and Delivery

NZ orders are couriered promptly to most destinations within NZ:

 

NZ wide - orders processed Monday to Friday by 2:00 pm will be shipped the same day, provided that items ordered are in stock. Usual timeframes for receipt are within 24 – 72 hours.

 

Auckland metropolitan area - orders placed by 10am Monday to Friday sent to a business address may receive their order the same day*. All other orders should be delivered the next business day. *The courier company we use, officially, has a "next day" delivery standard for all NZ metropolitan parcels, so we cannot guarantee same day delivery.

 

Order over NZ$80 and your supplement order is delivered freight free* within New Zealand. All New Zealand orders under NZ$80 in value will have a delivery charge applied. Rural deliveries incur an additional fee of NZ$3.50. Orders of food and cleaning products, may incur additional delivery charges. If your order is not freight free, we will contact you. in these instances.

 

International Charges and Delivery

Herbal Pacific products are delivered internationally by DHL and New Zealand Post. All international parcels and sent by first class insured airmail.

 

You can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 14 business days of dispatch (Australian deliveries usually take 5 business days from the time you place your order).

 

Freight charges are based on your order’s total weight and final destination:

 

For orders under 10kg in weight – Select your freight region in the Shopping Basket to calculate the total value of your order (including freight)

For orders over 10kg in weight - the freight due will be calculated on receipt of your order. We will email you for approval, before processing payment.

Customers are responsible for any customs or taxes imposed on foreign orders.

 

 

Tracking Your Order

For NZ Orders - When your order is ready for dispatch, our customer service team will send you a confirmation email which will include a Courier ticket number to assist in tracking your order.

 

For International Orders – First class insured airmail is not a trackable service, however goods are insured and if parcels are delayed beyond 4 weeks we can start an insurance claims process. Delivery with tracking is available for an additional fee of NZD $30.

Back Orders

Whenever possible, we try to ship your order as one complete shipment. However, if any items are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

 

You will be advised if this is the case, when receiving confirmation of your order from Herbal Pacific customer services.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Every item we sell reflects our commitment to give you the best quality, service and value.

Your total delight is our aim. We support all our products and services with a 100% total satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will replace the product or give you a full refund of the purchase price less delivery costs, if applicable.
